My name is Samuel Weidenhofer, and I'm asking for your help for my friend Stuart Cook. He's 38 years old, and he's fighting terminal bowel cancer.
Stuart already went through surgery and seven brutal months of chemotherapy. He fought hard. But the cancer came back, and now it's spread. Here in Australia, doctors have told him the honest truth: the goal now is just to slow it down, to buy him a little more time.
But there's another option. A specialist clinic in Germany believes they may be able to give Stuart a real chance with an advanced treatment not available to him at home. It costs $150,000 — money his family simply doesn't have. Stuart's mum has even started looking into selling her house, just to try and get him there.
No mother should have to sell her home to save her son's life. Stuart doesn't have time to wait, and he shouldn't have to fight this alone.
