Help Kim Oakhill Fight for Her Life 💚
Active Since 29/08/2026

We're close to reaching the goal—help Kim Oakhill win this battle!
Kim has spent her whole life showing up for others. As a Principal Clinical Scientist, she helped patients live healthier lives. As a volunteer, she gave countless hours to young athletes across the England Korfball Association and Ely Vikings, coaching, managing, and cheering them on. At home, she's the steady heart of her family — a loving wife to Nick, who recently underwent open heart surgery, and a devoted mum to Alex, Josie, and Sam.
In July 2025, everything changed. Kim was diagnosed with stage 4 non-small cell lung cancer — despite never having smoked a day in her life. The cancer is advanced and inoperable. A rare genetic mutation means the one treatment most likely to give her more time isn't available through the NHS. Her only option now is private treatment, and that comes at a cost her family cannot cover alone.
This isn't about statistics. It's about Kim tucking her kids into bed. It's about her standing beside Nick as he recovers. It's about one more birthday, one more holiday, one more ordinary Tuesday together. Every single donation — big or small — buys her something money usually can't: time.
Kim has spent her life lifting others up without ever asking for anything back. Now it's our turn to lift her. Please donate today and help give Kim the time she deserves with the people she loves.
